The Iconology series presents a study of a specific shape: The shape of the Almond (also called Mandorla, the Vesica Pisces, the sign of the ancient earth goddess symbolizing the vulva) a symbol that has been used, erased and transformed for millennia under different contexts, motifs and interpretations.
